Seacoast Surveyors is a locally owned company serving the surveying needs of the Bolivar Peninsula, Galveston County, Texas. Our office is situated in Crystal Beach, Texas, and we are a small tight knit group dedicated to the local community. Our staff includes:
Michael Hoover: Owner, R.P.L.S. No. 5423, L.S.L.S. No. 220004, TFMA Certified Floodplain Manager
Sharon K. Whanger: Owner, Front office, Client Relations, Bookkeeping and Accounting
Melissa Steagall: Office Manager, Client Relations, Draftsperson and Co-Field Coordinator
Colten Martin: SIT, CST - 1, Project Manager
Caleb Tomlinson: Project Manager
Robert Barrow: Chief of Parties, Office Technician, Draftsman and Co-Field Coordinator
Raymond Huffman: Party Chief, Field Operations

In addition to our standard land surveying services, we also offer Texas State Land Surveying services, including Coastal Boundary Surveys, tidally influenced river and stream Boundary Surveys, Gradient Boundaries on State owned river and stream beds, and work related to vacancies and excess lands.
Seacoast Surveyors is an active supporter of the National Society of Professional Surveyors and Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.
